Why volunteer?

Almost everything ITTAB does is made possible by teachers who give their time. Volunteering is also one of the fastest ways to grow professionally: you work alongside experienced colleagues, take on responsibility, and build a network that lasts a career.

Ways to help

• Events — help plan and run the annual conference, workshops and webinars
• Special Interest Groups — coordinate a group in your area of expertise
• Publications — write for the newsletter or review submissions
• Communications — help with social media, photography and design
• Mentoring — support teachers who are early in their careers

What we ask

An interest in English language teaching, a few hours a month, and a willingness to work as part of a team. You do not need to be an experienced teacher to help.
